To welcome newcomers to the conference and make it easier to navigate the conference, we are organizing a Newcomers’ Coffee session right at the beginning of the main conference. Join us to make yourself at home at NordiCHI, connect with other attendees, and kickstart conversations with the community!
Where: In Alma, a room located by the lunch restaurant Mathilda in the Tervahovi building at the University of Vaasa (1st floor). You can simply head to Alma once you have picked up your conference badge from the registration desk. Seats are available on a first come first served basis.
When: On Monday at 9:00-10:00. This will be a relaxed hour to meet both established NordiCHI scholars – who will be invited as mentors to facilitate discussions and share their tips for how to make the most of the conference – and others who are attending the conference for the first time.
