Registration deadline is 15 July.
Late registrations (until 31 July) cost extra.
The payment should be done with a bank card or a credit card. Please note that each participant should pay the fee individually, group payments are not possible. If your conference fee is paid by a third party, please make sure that they write your name in the message field.

We offer participants of the conference an opportunity to visit the beautiful Vaasa archipelago on 18 August. The trip includes a direct boat journey to and from Kuusisaari, lunch at Jannen Saluuna and a guide detailing the area and its history. The boat leaves at 10AM from Vaasa Inner Harbour and returns by 2PM.
Schedule:
9:30AM Meeting point outside of Kuntsi Museum of Modern Art, by the VAASA letters (map)
10AM The boat leaves from Vaasa Inner Harbour (by Kuntsi)
11AM Lunch at Jannen Saluuna
12:40PM Departure from the island
13:15PM Back at Kuntsi
Participants registered for the boat trip will receive additional information via email. Registration open until 13 August. There is room for max. 60 participants, participants are accepted in registration order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Organiser by e-mail: ibconference@uwasa.fi
- for registrations cancelled latest on 31 July 2023, refund of the registration fee (deduction of an administrative fee is 100 €)
- for registrations cancelled on and after 1 August 2023, no refunds will be made.
