Registration deadline is 15 July.

Late registrations (until 31 July) cost extra 100 €.

The payment should be done with a bank card or a credit card.  Please note that each participant should pay the fee individually, group payments are not possible. If your conference fee is paid by a third party, please make sure that they write your name in the message field.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Organiser by e-mail: ibconference@uwasa.fi 

• for registrations cancelled latest on 31 July 2026, refund of the registration fee (deduction of an administrative fee is 100 €) 
• for registrations cancelled on and after 1 August 2026, no refunds will be made.
