The 16th Vaasa Conference on International Business will be arranged on 17-18 August, 2021 by the University of Vaasa, Finland.
The main theme of the conference is “International Business in the Challenging 2020s”.
We especially welcome papers related to:
- Sustainable strategies in International Business;
- Use and impact of digitalization in IB;
- Impact of Covid-19 on IB strategies and performance; and
- Restructuring strategies in IB: export exits, foreign subsidiary divestments, relocating, and market re-entry strategies.

ORGANISATIONAL FORMS AND FEES
Our conference will be organised either in hybrid mode or fully online depending on the COVID-19 situation. All participants are welcome to join physically in Vaasa and enjoy the sunniest city in Finland together with us or use our virtual tools to participate fully online. Choose the option that answers your preferences in the best way. The final form of our conference will be confirmed latest in mid-June.
