Spacecasting

The Spacecasting project aims to find new ways of using satellite data to forecast the economy. The University of Vaasa and the Finnish Meteorological Institute work together with several companies in order to find new targets of application for satellite data. Additionally, the consortium strives to deepen the collaboration with a view to finding new business and project ideas to strengthen the Finnish New Space Ecosystem.
