The Nordic & Baltic ESA BIC Startup Event 2026 will take place on 15–16 April in Stockholm. The event brings together space startups, ecosystem actors and partners from the Nordics (Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark) and the Baltics (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) for two days of discussions, pitches and networking.
Rather than being just a conference, the idea behind the event is simple: to create space for real connections across borders. Startups will have the opportunity to present their work, exchange experiences and explore collaboration possibilities within the wider regional ecosystem.
The space landscape has grown significantly in recent years, and closer cooperation between ESA BICs and their stakeholders is a natural next step.
This Nordic and Baltic ESA BIC Startup event is a great initiative from the Nordic and Baltic Network of ESA BICs. This is a step in the right direction for the future of many of these ESA BICs, ensuring cross-border collaboration and bringing our ecosystem stakeholders closer together! Additionally, this is a great way for us to also bring in newer stakeholders, for example the Latvian ecosystem actors.

The program features multiple parallel sessions, allowing participants to choose the topics most relevant or exciting to them: energy-efficient propulsion, AI in satellite operations, and space-enabled disaster management, to life beyond Earth, smart cities, dual-use applications, and space-driven health innovations. See the full program here. Please register early to secure your place!
For anyone working in or around the regional space sector, this is a valuable opportunity to meet peers, understand what is happening across the Nordics and Baltics, and explore where collaboration could lead next.
