Below you can find information about the city centre hotels offering special room rates for the NordiCHI 2026 participants. All the hotels are within a walking distance from the conference venues.
Rooms can be booked until each hotel’s individual reservation deadline, subject to availability. As autumn is a busy season in Vaasa due to business travel, we recommend making your booking early.
Please book your accommodation directly with the hotel (reservation details are provided below). Each participant is responsible for their own reservation. For details such as cancellation policies, please refer to the hotel’s website.
