Epas-menu on yritysten v\u00e4lisen yhteisty\u00f6n tulos. <\/strong>YDIRE-hankkeen ty\u00f6pajasta l\u00e4htenyt idea paikallisia tuotteita sis\u00e4lt\u00e4v\u00e4st\u00e4 epas-menusta on valmistunut. Uuden reseptiikan paikallisista tuotteista kehitteli ravintoloitsija Jani Unkeri ja nelj\u00e4n epaksen (eli etel\u00e4pohjalaisen tapaksen) menussa on hy\u00f6dynnetty yhteens\u00e4 14 tuottajan tai ruokayrityksen tuotteita. YDIRE-hanke tuotti yhdess\u00e4 PREMIUM-hankkeen menusta reseptivihkon, josta l\u00f6ytyv\u00e4t ohjeet epasten valmistukseen sek\u00e4 tarkemmat tiedot tuotteiden saatavuudesta. Tapas menu from South Ostrobothnia \u2013 a collaboration between food companies. <\/strong>A new tapas menu<\/p>\n

utilizing South Ostrobothnian food products was launched in August in collaboration with 14 food producers and companies, a local restaurant and development projects YDIRE and PREMIUM.\u00a0 The idea for collaboration rose in the YDIRE workshop held in April 2023. The new menu includes four different and tasty recipes that anyone can prepare. The recipes with information about the products are collected in a booklet (in Finnish). MUUTOSJOUSTAVUUDEN TY\u00d6KALU\/RESILIENCE TOOL<\/strong><\/p>\n

Muutosjoustavuuden ty\u00f6kalun<\/strong> avulla l\u00e4hiruokayritykset voivat verrata omaa muutosjoustavuuden eli resilienssin tasoa suhteessa muihin etel\u00e4pohjalaisiin ruoka-alan yrityksiin. Ty\u00f6kalussa yritykset vastaavat kysymyspatteristoon ja t\u00e4m\u00e4n j\u00e4lkeen saavat arvion yrityksen muutosjoustavuuden tasosta eri osa-alueilla. Lopuksi ty\u00f6kalu antaa vinkkej\u00e4 muutosjoustavuuden kehitt\u00e4miseen yrityksen liiketoiminnassa. Ty\u00f6kalu on toteutettu Microsoft Excel -ohjelmalla.<\/p>\n

With the help of the flexibility to change tool<\/strong>, local food companies can compare their own level of flexibility to change, i.e. resilience, in relation to other companies in the food industry in Southern Ostrobothnia. In the tool, companies answer a battery of questions and then receive an assessment of the company’s level of change flexibility in different areas. Finally, the tool gives tips for developing change flexibility in the company’s business. The tool is implemented with Microsoft Excel.<\/p>\n
