Furthermore, Members of the Union of Research Professionals are provided with unemployment insurance through\u202fThe Unemployment Fund Ote. When joining the union, you can also join the unemployment fund as long as you meet the\u202ffund\u2019s member requirement\u202fof being employed at the time of starting your membership.<\/p>\n<p>Membership officially begins, at the earliest, on the date when the written application for membership is submitted. You can also choose a date when you wish your membership to begin.
