Kamilla Sultanova is a DEI consultant, event host and a mother who makes any crowd feel like a community and inspires everyone to be a changemaker.
Kamilla offers immersive and impactful speaking experiences, workshops, and online facilitation to engage and activate business, education and nonprofit professionals towards inclusive leadership, inclusion and belonging. She has led Hanken International Talent during 2019-2021, part of Talent Boost AIKO project in Helsinki region. It was an initiative that is now recognized as one of the best practices for Finnish higher education institutions to recruit and retain international students. She also has worked outside Helsinki region in Koillismaa area which brings focus on how to use community approach to talent attraction and retention.
Prior launching her consultancy ConnectUz in 2018, Kamilla has had a successful career in corporate sales in leading Scandinavian shipping companies including Maersk Line. She is a TEDx speaker on empowerment, recognized for her inclusion efforts in the Nordic countries by Barack Obama foundation, alumni of European Young leaders network “40 under 40” as well as Finnish Innovation fund’s Sitralab academy for changemakers.
