(400 000 EUR\/ 122 500 EUR)<\/p>\n<p>Leading DEI4SME &#8211; an Erasmus+ project co-funded by the European Union, uniting <a href=\"https:\/\/dei4sme.eu\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">six partner organisations<\/a> from Finland, Germany, Austria, and Lithuania for the mission to enable <strong>DEI<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>D<\/strong>iversity,\u00a0<strong>E<\/strong>quity, and\u00a0<strong>I<\/strong>nclusion) in business and business education.<\/p>\n<p>Project main goals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher Education Institutions will receive digital education infrastructure to develop graduates\u2019 skills needed to lead change toward social responsibility in SMEs.<\/li>\n<li>SMEs will receive a digital tool to plan, implement, and report measurable DEI activities in line with the ESG requirements in the EU.<\/li>\n<li>The project will support employment of multiple underrepresented groups, especially students with diverse backgrounds, because SMEs will develop competencies in and awareness of the DEI management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Read more: <a href=\"https:\/\/dei4sme.eu\/\">https:\/\/dei4sme.eu\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The project outcomes have included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/dei4sme.eu\/dei4sme-hackathon-finland\/\">Leading international hackathon<\/a> \u2013 recognized by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unprme.org\/news\/signatory-spotlight-university-of-vaasa-finland\/\">UN Global Compact &amp; PRME<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/dei4sme.eu\/teaching-cases\/\">Developing and publishing large number of teaching cases<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/dei4sme.eu\/digital-tool\/\">Creating a digital tool for CSR management in SMEs<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(400 000 EUR in total, out of which 122 500 EUR granted for the University of Vaasa) granted by ERASMUS+ (The EU project within the KA220-HED &#8211; Cooperation partnerships in higher education).<\/p>\n<p>Leading a project in which University of Vaasa is in the consortium among Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania), IHK- PROJEKTGESELLSCHAFT MBH (Germany), Wirtschaftskammer Steiermark (Austria), OY Merinova AB (Finland), and E.N.T.E.R. Grant for post-doctoral studies, Dr.h.c.
