- 2022 – ongoing: Program Manager, Bachelor’s Degree Programme in International Business, University of Vaasa, Finland.
- 2022 – ongoing: a member of the Master’s in Strategic Business Development program’s steering group, University of Vaasa, Finland.
- 2021 – ongoing: Founding Governing Board member of the AIB-CIBER Doctoral Academy and co-developer of mentoring program within this Doctoral Academy, USA-Global. This Doctoral Academy is a body for providing prestigious PhD education in the field of International Business globally.
- 2025: Local host of the X-Culture Global Symposium 2025
- 2025: elected as an Honorary Board member, Academy of International Business, Teaching and Education Shared Interest Group
- 2022 – 2024: Chair, AIB Teaching & Education Shared Interest Group, Academy of International Business (AIB), USA. Leading a global team to promote teaching excellence across AIB members, chapters, and other component units.

- 2019 – 2020: Digi-mentor at the School of Management, University of Vaasa, Finland: Supporting teacher-colleagues in adopting and using various technologies and digital tools to innovate teaching; working with digi-team to implement University’s strategy for digitalization.
- 2012 – 2013: a team leader for developing Mentoring program at Master’s degree in International Business. University of Vaasa, Finland. The mentoring program we have developed with the team provides the opportunity for students and international business professionals to learn from each other. I was responsible for creating materials, recruiting mentors, running the pilot of the program, and handing over to further coordinator.
