Coaching Services

We offer low-threshold neurodiversity-informed coaching services for students at the University of Vaasa.

Coaching can support you if your studies feel stalled, if you find yourself missing deadlines or forgetting important tasks, or if your courses feel overwhelming or include elements that are particularly challenging in light of your individual strengths and difficulties. You may also seek coaching if you are wondering whether you might have ADHD or another neurodevelopmental condition and would like to explore these thoughts in a safe and supportive setting. Concerns related to your thesis or other academic matters are equally valid reasons to book a session.

Coaching offers a confidential, low-threshold space for reflection, practical strategies, and structured support. Sometimes even a single conversation can help clarify your situation and provide concrete steps forward.
