This 45-minute session helps you discover ways to relax in the midst of everyday busyness or before a nerve-wracking performance. We activate the vagus nerve in various ways. The vagus nerve is the longest nerve in the human body and a key part of the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps the body relax and reduce stress. The session is laptop- and phone-free.
