Costs exceeding the grant amount are not covered. The grant is paid after the conference upon submission of receipts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The grant is awarded only to doctoral researchers whose presentation has been accepted for the conference. Grants are primarily distributed to students who have no other means of financing their participation. Preference is also given to individuals attending the Mevi conference for the first time. The decision on grants is made by the board of Mevi ry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Applications for grants must be submitted using <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSepD6xqOI6nCYGLNvbwbLTJ-noHWwKGmQ_mlaMVb4wryDQhLw\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">this form<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> by <del>January 12, 2026<\/del>. <strong>Note: the application period for the grants has been extended until 9 February 2026.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Important information for doctoral students: Mevi ry awards grants of up to 350 euros to doctoral researchers to support their participation in Mevi conference 2026.
