Important information for doctoral students:

Mevi ry awards grants of up to 350 euros to doctoral researchers to support their participation in Mevi conference 2026.

The grant can be used by doctoral students enrolled at a Finnish higher education institution to cover the participation fee as well as accommodation and travel expenses incurred when using public transportation. Costs exceeding the grant amount are not covered. The grant is paid after the conference upon submission of receipts.

The grant is awarded only to doctoral researchers whose presentation has been accepted for the conference. Grants are primarily distributed to students who have no other means of financing their participation. Preference is also given to individuals attending the Mevi conference for the first time. The decision on grants is made by the board of Mevi ry.

Applications for grants must be submitted using this form by January 12, 2026.
