Prices

• Mevi member: 120 EUR
• Non-member: 170 EUR
• Undergraduate students: free of charge (if Mevi members)
• Dinner: 40 EUR

The participation fee includes the conference programme, coffee breaks, and lunches. The dinner on 7 May costs 40 euros.

Please note: If you register with the member price, the 2026 membership fee must be paid. If you have not received the invoice or wish to become a member, please send an email to sihteeri@mediaviestinta.fi. The annual membership fee is 35 euros. For undergraduate students, the first year of membership is free, after which the fee is 15 euros per year.

The participation fee(s) and the possible dinner fee(s) are paid at the time of registration.

Cancellation policy

In line with sustainable development and to avoid food waste, please cancel your participation if you are unable to attend the conference or the evening programmes. Cancellations can be made free of charge until 8 April 2026. Cancellations made after this date, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full. The dinner fee will not be refunded separately if a participant cancels their attendance at the dinner.

Registration may also be transferred free of charge to another person working in the same organisation. All cancellation notifications, refund requests, and participant changes must always be made in writing by email to mevivaasa@uwasa.fi.
