It approaches the subject from the perspective of young Finnish adults and on different video-sharing platforms. Youth are avid users of short-form video, but the videos are seldom used as news sources. The output of journalistic short-form video is nonetheless increasing, and also traditional media outlets such as the BBC, <em>Washington Post<\/em>, the Finnish Broadcasting Corporation (Yle) and Finland&#8217;s paper of record,\u00a0<em>Helsingin Sanomat<\/em> have also ventured to apply the format.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The project has received a 145 000 euros in grant funding from the Helsingin Sanomat Foundation.
