Objective:

• to ensure that partners will be allowed to produce high quality results;
• to formalize the networks and agreements among the partners;
• to constantly monitor, assess and control any deviation in the progress of the project;
• to effectively report to both the consortium and the HaDEA agency on the progress of the achievement of the milestones,
  and deliverables;
• to effectively roll out the project management process described above.
