Over the years, I have accumulated experience in diverse contexts through work and study in Finland, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and Vietnam, spanning roles in various sectors and industries. My professional journey has included positions such as Head of Faculty of Information Technology, Senior Researcher, Senior Lecturer, Program Manager, and Project Manager. Here are my recent positions:

RESEARCH
RESEARCH INTEREST
The goal of my research is to explore how organizations get value from information technology. To that end, I conduct research in two main areas: enterprise architecture and digital transformation.
- Enterprise Architecture: I am interested in how organizations architect themselves (i.e., enterprise architecture) for sustained success in the era of digitalization.
- Digital transformation: I am interested in how organizations design, manage, adopt, and transform themselves through digital transformation.
